L'Autre École is a network of non-contractual private schools accredited by the French National Education system, which receives no funding from the State or local authorities. Without subsidies, its operating costs (salaries, premises, teaching materials, etc.) are fully supported by its own income, which is provided by the families. As the L'Autre École is a network of social enterprises, school fees are used entirely and solely to cover its operating costs.
In order to make L'Autre École de Boulogne accessible to as many people as possible, depending on the number of places available and a financial effort commensurate with the means of the families, a system of solidarity scholarships allows for a pricing system which is notably based on the net taxable income of the parents.
*Families can apply for this scholarship which is awarded, after taking into account their taxable income for the year 2020 and their situation, by the Solidarity Scholarship Allocation Committee. As the number of available scholarships is limited, the level of the parents' net taxable income does not in any case lead to an automaticity in the attribution of a scholarship and/or a place.
The annual tuition fee is 11,520 euros. A reduction of 10% is granted from the second child enrolled in the school.
There are currently no more funds available for tranches 1 to 5.
