The purpose of this document is to define the terms and conditions under which, on the one hand, THE OTHER SCHOOL, hereinafter referred to as the PUBLISHER, makes the site and the services available on the site available to its users and, on the other hand, the manner in which the user accesses the site and uses its services.

The purpose of the site is to provide useful, up-to-date and accessible information about the kindergarten and elementary school that is The Other School.
Access to the Site is possible at www.lautreecole.fr from a terminal equipped with a browser and an internet connection.
The Publisher implements the technical solutions at its disposal to allow access to the Site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week; but may nevertheless at any time suspend, limit or interrupt access to the Site or to certain pages thereof, without prior notice to users, in order to carry out maintenance work, updates, modifications to its content or any other action deemed necessary for the proper functioning of the Site.
The User undertakes not to attempt to diminish, disorganise or prevent the normal use of the site, in particular by using software, viruses, logic bombs, mass sending of messages, etc...

However, a certain number of particularities or incidents may occur, for which the Publisher cannot be held responsible in any way. The User undertakes to complete all the information requested and guarantees the completeness and sincerity of this information.
In accordance with Law n°78-17 of 6 January 1978, known as the "Data Protection Act", any user has, at any time and for any reason whatsoever, the right to access, modify, rectify and delete any personal data that he or she may have indicated when using the Site. To exercise these rights, the user may request the deletion of his/her account with the Other School at the following address: email@example.com.
Concerned about respecting the privacy of the Site's users, the Other School, responsible for processing, undertakes that the collection and processing of this information will be carried out in accordance with the French law n° 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to information technology, files and liberties (hereafter "Loi Informatique et Libertés"), then the RGPD (Règlement Général sur la Protection des Données).
Purpose of the collection and processing of personal data:
The information provided by the user is intended for the operation of the Site and for the management of requests for places in the Other School or for access to services and in particular to carry out the following operations: management of pre-registrations, informing users of the evolution of its services, verification of the identity of users and the accuracy of the information provided.
Certain information identified as mandatory is necessary to complete pre-registration requests. If you do not provide this mandatory information, these operations will not be taken into account.

The collection of personal data takes place as follows:

Securing access to personal data
The Publisher implements useful precautions to secure access to its servers where users' personal data is stored. However, this is only an obligation of means, as no Internet service can currently offer its users an absolute guarantee in this respect. Access to the Site does not constitute recognition of a right and, in general, does not confer any intellectual property rights relating to any element of the Site, which remain the exclusive property of the Publisher.
The TOS are governed by French Law.
Any dispute between the site l'Autreecole.fr and its users will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court in whose jurisdiction the headquarters of the l'Autreecole.fr site is located.
